She grew up most of her life under the care of her Grandmother, who also preceded her in death, Mrs. Willie Bell Blocker, of Nassau County, Long IS, New York. She studied Liberal Arts at Nassau Community College, loved jazz and Afro-centric dance, theatre, and singing, and participated in productions like "Purlie Victorious".
Survivors include her husband, R. Andrew Clark, and her children, Karl Castagne, Erykah Ardis, Elijah Andrew Clark, Elisha Micah Clark, Pamela Clark, Adia Clark, and Marie (John) Cummings. She also leaves behind Melon (Ledbetter) ; 12 grandchildren, her Stepmother, Mrs. Mae Glynn, and Mother in law Mrs. Bertha Clark-Golding.
A viewing will be held on July 22, 2023, from 1:00 to 1:45 pm at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 S. 2200 W, Riverton, UT 84065 followed by funeral services beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at West Jordan City Cemetery 7800 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah.
