Born May 19,1967 in Hampshire County, W.Va.,she was the daughter of Jessie Riggleman, Paw Paw, and the late Goldie Betson Riggleman.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Kenny Riggleman.
She was a homemaker.
In addition to her father, she was survived by her partner, Donald Belford; 2 sons, Brian Turner & Donnie Belford, both of Paw Paw; 2 daughters, Katherine & Susan Turner, both of Paw Paw; 4 sisters, Patricia Montgomery & Nancy Fishel, both of Paw Paw; Tammy Burton, Slanesville, and Nora May Riggleman, Franklin; one brother, Harold Riggleman; & 5 grandchildren.
A graveside service was held in the Old Mount Union Cemetery, Slanesville, WV, with the Rev. Frank Myers officiating.
