Adelbert "Del" Lee Aldrich, formerly of Villa Ridge, IL passed away on Juy 14, 2023 at his home in Murrieta, CA. He was 86. His family is sad of his passing but he is free of pain and has gained peace and rest.

Del is survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, his sister Nancy Watts, the Connell and Watts Families and Del's special friend, Incha.

He graduated from Mounds Township High School. He attended college and had a master's degree in business. Del was in police enforcement. Mr. Aldrich owned a Chevron station, Aldrich Enterprise, a body shop and towing company and many other businesses. Del achieved a lot in his life.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Jeannine, his sister Barbara Connell, his son James and daughters Janet and Candy, his parents Robert and Nina Aldrich and his step brother Bobby Aldrich.

A memorial service and burial of cremains for Del, his wife Jeannine and their beloved dog Dellie will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Cairo City Cemetery in Villa Ridge. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

A service will also be held on August 26, 2023 at 10 a.m. at his church for his family and friends in Murrieta.
