Norma Mae Cecil went to the arms of the Lord on January 24, 2020 surrounded by her family. Norma was born in Huron, SD on March 28, (We promised Mom not to give the year) to Caroline and Albert Mattke. She was the wife of William (Tom) Bowes. After Tom's death Norma married Wilbur Cecil. Norma is survived by her children Leslee (Chad) Jacobson, LeeAnn Bowes (Craig Kuhnly), Jim Bowes and Lonna (Ron) Albrecht; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and brother Jerry (Leona) Mattke.
