Mr. Clarke was born on August 27, 1943 to Albert Clarke & Hazel Rowena Edwards Clarke in Alton, Illinois.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Susan J. Clarke, sons & daughter-in-law, Robert Edward Clarke, Joseph Paul Clarke, Russell Leigh & Nicole Clarke, Christopher Ryan Clarke; sister, Alberta Clarke-Boyd; 7 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents.
