Jimmy Darrell Bragg, age 67, of Bragg, WV passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley.
Born on August 9, 1956 at Bragg, he was the son of the late Elva Bragg and Mary Radford Bragg.
Jimmy was a brick mason, and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He loved being outdoors.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Cecil, Gary and David Wayne Bragg.
Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his wife of nearly 30 years, Pamela Eldreth Bragg; his children, Makayla Davis and husband Cass of Fayetteville, Chris Bragg and wife Crystal of Shady Spring, Stephen Bragg and wife Melissa of Shady Spring, and Austin Bragg of Fayetteville. Three granddaughters, Madison, Ava, and Alyssa; brothers, Don Bragg and wife Sharon of Bragg, Roger Bragg and wife Mary of Rochester, NY, and Carl Bragg, of Bragg; sisters, Loretta Henry and husband Bob of Rochester, NY, Wanda Williams of Shady Spring, Fonda Meadows and husband Danny of Shady Spring, and Mary Louise Hall and husband Steve of Rochester, NY. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 3 PM with Pastor Tony Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow at the Goodson Cemetery #1 at Bragg. Friends may visit with the family from 1 PM until 3 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
