Aaron Lee Eads was born on February 18, 1962 in Clinton, Iowa, to Irving Charles and Joy Ann (Struble) Eads.
He grew up in Preston and was a 1980 graduate of Preston High School.
He had worked as a farmhand for many years, most notably for Duane and Brad Marvin.
Aaron enjoyed music, target shooting and raising livestock.
He was preceded in death by his father Irving Charles Eads, mother Joy Ann Eads on June 9, 2023, aunt Nola Jean (Marlin) Hoffmann, cousin Kay Hoffmann, and uncles Glenn (Rose) Eads and James Eads.
A graveside service and burial celebrating Aaron's life will be held at 11:30 A.M., Monday, August 28, 2023, at Buckhorn Cemetery, rural Maquoketa. A memorial visitation will be held prior to the graveside service from 10 to 11 A.M., Monday, at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the Jackson County Historical Society or the Jackson County Humane Society.
