Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at the W.Y. Goff Chapel with the Rev. James Garrett and the Rev. Westbrook officiating...Burial will be in the Rosemound Cemetery with W. Y. Goff Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Ratliff was born Jan. 31 1897 in Sapulpa, OK the son of Robert and Mary Shirley Ratliff. He married Lela Chaffin and she preceded him in death on Sept. 29, 1949. He married Mrs. Sue Ercanbrack on Nov. 30, 1950. He was a member of the Methodist church in Campbell.....Survivors include his wife: one son, J.E. Ratliff Jr. of Oklahoma City, one dtr. Mrs. L. G.Dickson of Commerce: one sister Mrs. Frank Roan of Rockwall, two step-daughters, Mrs. Lois Heys of Brownsville and Mrs. Preston Bennett of Tokyo , Japan: two half-brothers, Dale Stell Ratliff of Commanche, OK and Sam Brown of Memphis, TX: four grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 3 great step-grandchildren.
