Survived by children, Dave Halls, Bill (Cindy) Halls; grandchildren, Kelly, Katie, Sarah, Jake; great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Charlotte, William, Blake.
Halsey spent his career with Norwest Bank/Wells Fargo, retiring as Senior VP, Probate and Trust Management. Veteran of US Army.
Memorial Service 2:00pm Wednesday September 6th at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, 8400 France Ave South, Bloomington. Visitation one hour before service at church. Interment St. Stephen's Columbarium.
