Mr.Adams was born Feb. 3, 1877 in Oakwood, O., and came here 12 years ago from Warsaw, Ind.
He was married Nov. 18, 1897, in Oakwood, to Loa Wisely, who survives.
Surviving also are a son, Donald Adams, of Manitowoc and three daughters, Mrs. Twilah Schultz, of Chilton, Wis.; Mrs. Robert C. Jordan, of Mishawaka, and Miss Blanche Adams at home.
Four sisters survive, Mrs. B. H. Lamond and Mrs. Benjamin E. Smith, of Mishawaka Mrs. J. M. Hines, of Oklahoma City, and Miss Dorothy Adams, of Lexington, Ky.
Mr. Adams was a member of Harry O. Perkins camp, United Spanish War Veterans, South Bend.
He was employed as a watchman at the Indiana & Michigan Electric company.
