Louis Abraham, 73 years, was born on January 7th, 1950 and he left his earthly domain on September 3rd, 2023. He married Gloria DeLeon on June 10, 1972 here in Post, TX. The two of them were never apart; if you saw Louis you always saw Gloria. Their love for each other was unconditional and they enjoyed a good life together here in Post. They had one son, Jason Abraham, who is the pride and joy of their lives. Louis was so loved by his family and all of his friends and he loved everyone, even if they were strangers. He had a great faith in God and he prayed for everyone he knew and even those he didn't know. The size of heart and his compassion could not be measured in words. Louis was a heavy equipment operator for Garza County for many years of his life. One of his favorite past times was watching you tube videos of people operating fork lifts and back hoes; he would think he still needed to supervise all of them through the television. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He was a social butterfly and loved to be dressed to impress in his cowboy boots and cowboy hat. He will be missed greatly and everyone who knew him is blessed to have been a part of his life.
He is preceded in death by his father Abel Abraham SR and his mother Gloria J Abraham; sister Sarah Serrano and his brother Abel Abraham JR,
There will be a service at Hudman Funeral Home in Post on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 7 pm. This will be followed by a short farewell service on Wednesday morning with a procession from there to Terrace Cemetery for the graveside service and burial.
