Herbert L. Haviland Jr., 41, of 131 Old Hickory Road, Orange, an electronic engineer and owner of Electronic Systems and Products, died Monday in Yale New Haven hospital, New Haven. Services will take place tomorrow at 8:15 a.m. in the Cody-White funeral home, 107 Broad Street, and at 9 o`clock in St. Ann`s church. Burial will be in Orange Center cemetery, Orange. Born in Bridgeport, Mr. Haviland was a lifelong area resident. He was an honorary Crew member of the Air Force and was active in the Milford Little League and Boy Scouts. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Diane DeJulio Haviland of Orange; a son, Mark W. Haviland of Orange; a daughter, Teresa Haviland of Orange; his mother, Mrs. Ray Judkins of St. Petersburg, Fla; three brothers, Robert, David and Harry Haviland, all of Milford; and a sister. Miss Kathy Haviland of Norristown, Pa.
