Mrs. Effie Ott, 43, died at midnight Tuesday at her home at 1828 West Main Street. Death was due to a heart attack.

She was a member of the Burr Oak Baptist Church.

Survivors include the husband, Ord Ott; two children, Lloyd and Delight Ott, both at home; one brother William Page of Elkhart, and four sisters, Mrs. Eileen Hire of Elkhart, Mrs. Blanche Chalfant of Bluffton, Mrs. Eva McKinney of Columbia City, and Mrs. Jessie Swyhart of Ottawa, O.

The body was removed to Ankenruck's Funeral Home.

Funeral arrangements will be made later.
