Elouise Kitchen Foster, age 89, of The Villages, Florida, formerly of Waverly, Ohio, passed away on August 30, 2023 at the Cornerstone Hospice.

She was born July 11, 1934 in Pike County, daughter of the late William Levi Kitchen and Beatrice Frances (Bentley) Kitchen.

Elouise is survived by a daughter, Tamra Foster Muir (Husband Gerald) of Tampa, Florida.

In May, 1956 Elouise was married to Earl Kelly Foster of Waverly, Ohio who preceded her in death. In addition, she was preceded in death by seven brothers, Ronald, Theodore, Gary, Roy, Roger, Russel "Pete", and William Edward Kitchen, four sisters, Thelma Riley, Phyllis Dunwoody, Virginia Lewis, and Margaret Kitchen.

Elouise was a graduate of Waverly High School and obtained her associate degree in education from Hillsborough Community College. She taught at the Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa, Florida.

She was a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church in The Villages, Florida and a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church in Waverly, Ohio.

Burial will be in Omega Cemetery, Omega, Ohio. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Omega Cemetery, Omega, Ohio.
