Beloved father of Chris Burkstaller and his wife Marie, Suzanne Beauclair Roy and her husband Greg and Renee Beauclair Twersky and her husband Jack; and grandfather to Claire, Emily and Elise Roy, Gabriel Young and Cameron Burkstaller.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Kenney Burkstaller; his mother, Dollie Marie Williams Burkstaller; and his father, Charles Burkstaller.
Age 79 years, a native of Mound City, IL and a resident of Covington, LA for the past 43 years. He was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. A Mechanical Engineer by degree, he also enjoyed a career in Advertising.
Graveside services at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 2280 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
