Carol met Joseph Feldman at the Little Vienna Lounge in Imperial Beach Ca in 1969. They were married in 1978 in the backyard of their house surrounded by their closest family and friends. In 1983, they welcomed their son Kevin into the family and took him across the country to meet the Gonyon and Feldman families.
Carol started working at Bayside Elementary School in 1988 and worked for the South Bay Union School District for many years. Carol became God Mother to many children in her life and in her neighborhood. She helped friends and neighbors in need up until the very end.
Frogs, Elvis, Tie-Dye and animals held a special place in her heart. Anyone who knew Carol, knew of her Frog Room, her Elvis Room and her love of tie-dye. Many cats, dogs, fish, chickens and turtles had their forever home with Carol through-out the years. Carol volunteered for a rescue, fostering pregnant mom dogs and puppies, where she met and adopted her very last dog Puffy in 2022.
