Beloved wife of the late James Wagner (2000),
loving mother of Laura (Eric) Correa, Glenn Wagner and the late Christine Leininger,
adored grandmother of Danielle, Alexandra, Erika, Jacqueline, Felicia and John,
fond sister of Phillip (Linda) Gork and the late Myrna Wolwark.
Phyllis also leaves to cherish her memories many dear friends including John and Myra Reiley and her special companion "Brandy".
Visitation Wednesday, 4 to 9 p.m. Prayers Thursday, 9:30 a.m., at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Ave., Chicago to Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Mass Thursday, 10 a.m. Interment Montrose Cemetery.
