Mr. Brown died suddenly at 8:50 A.M. Thursday, March 15, 1979, in Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado, while visiting his daughter, Thelma. Age 83 years, he was born in Arenac County, Michigan, March 14, 1896, and was born a resident of Bay County most of his life. His wife, the former Phydelias C. Sabourin, preceded him in death on March 16, 1957. Mr. Brown was a retired carpenter. He is survived by four daughters and three sons.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 P.M. in the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel. Rev. Fr. Stanley J. Trahan, C.S.Sp. will officiate, and interment will follow in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Trahan Chapel Friday from 4 to 9 P.M., and on Saturday after 9 A.M.
