Arthur Lucinda A "Lucy", 86, of R. 1, Albion, died Wednesday (d. 5-21-1986) in Miller's Merry Manor, Garrett. She was born Sept. 18, 1899 in Adams County to Simon and Martha Smith. On Sept. 17, 1921 in Fort Wayne, she married Tony W. Arthur, who died in Feb. 1962. She had lived in the Albion area since 1945. Surviving are a daughter, Jean Lachot of Fort Wayne; three sons, William G. of Scottsdale, Ariz., Jack of Prescott, Ariz., and Jerry of R. 1, Albion; three sisters, Mrs. Lee (Florence) Garrison and Mrs. Walter (Ilene) Sprunger of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. William (Esther) Beirne of Kendall Park, N.J.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services Saturday in Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery
