Bonnie Faye Walters was born near the Gibson/Madison County line in West Tennessee. She grew up in this area, and later went on to marry Ray Gurley in Corinth, Mississippi. Bonnie and Ray were blessed with 2 sons, Danny and Larry. After Ray's passing, Bonnie married Billy Seavers and had three more children: Deborah, Margie, and Linda, who was stillborn. The marriage ended in divorce.

Bonnie worked many jobs over the years, but her longest employment was at Porter-Cable in Jackson, Tennessee. Just before her retirement in 2002, Bonnie reconnected will a childhood friend, William Harrington. They were soon wed, and had a wonderful marriage of 9 years before his death.

Bonnie was an outspoken Christian who's smile radiated the love of Jesus. She witnessed to countless people throughout the years, and her influence on others despite her hardships was remarkable. She worshiped at Chapel Hill Baptist Church near Milan, Tennessee, for many years.

Bonnie was a fixture on Taylor Street in Milan, where she made her home for about 60 years. She was an excellent and caring neighbor.

Bonnie will always be remembered for her resilience, strength, and joyful, loving demeanor.
