George Isleib, who was well known in and around Lampasas where he sold insurance for several years, died in Temple Tuesday. According to a news item from Belton, his death was sudden, although he had been in poor health for several months.
Mr. Isleib was a native of Pennsylvania and was born March 4, 1873. He came to Texas with his parents when just a boy. He is survived by his wife, three sons, and two daughters.
Funeral service were at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Baker at Belton at 2 p.m. today and the body was carried to Rosebud for interment.
