Larry Gilbert Bolden 77, of Clinton, went to be with the Lord after battling being sick for the last two months. He passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones.

Larry was a kind, caring, and passionate small town car dealer who loved his business, community, and family. Over the last 50 years, Larry made lasting friendships with people he met selling cars; he turned customers into friends and family.

One thing about our dad, he was never afraid of giving his testimony and letting people know the most important thing in life is to know God as your personal savior. We will always cherish the great memories that we have of him; his love for cheeseburgers, fried chicken, home grown tomatoes, and fast cars. Larry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and Christian; he will be greatly missed but will remain forever in our hearts.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Rosa Bolden; children, Traci Bolden, Tanya Huie (Kerry), Tara Snider (Doug); step-son, Herick Crott (Cleide); grandchildren, Wesley Black (Halee), Tori Bolden (Jacob), Ty Snider, Tia Snider, Beatriz Crott, Anna Carolina Crott; great grandchildren, Amila Smith, Benlee Black and numerous friends and other family members.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, C.G. Bolden and Geraldean Bradford-Bolden.

Pall Bearers are Kerry Huie, Doug Snider, Wesley Black, Ty Snider, Jacob Bigelow, Herick Crott.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. with services following at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Pee Dee Baptist Church with Brother Kyle Blanton officiating and special words from Carl Thomason and Richard McCormick. Burial will follow at Clinton Cemetery.
