Gwendolyn "Gwen" Adams, 54, of Chesterfield, passed away April, 13, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Adams; and a son, Raymond Wayne Adams.
She is survived by a son, Kenneth Pierce Adams; two grandsons, Devin and Wayne Adams; her parents, Raymond E. and Cecil B. Pond; two brothers, Ray Pond Jr. and Gary W. Pond and wife, Marsha; her long time companion, Shirley Davis; four nieces, one nephew; and special cousins, Peggy Hodges and Lynn Honn.
Her family received friends from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. Graveside services were held at 11am on Thursday at Sunset Memorial Park.
