Atilla Sunay, 74, of Cedartown died September 28, 2005. Dr. Sunay was a thoracic surgeon and had a general practice in Cave Spring, GA prior to his retirement in 2004.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Yurdanur Sunay and is survived by his sons, Ustun Sunay, Unsal Sunay; daughter, Melis Sunay Bereket; grandchildren, Alexander Sunay, Ustun Robert Sunay, Laura Sunay; sister, Aysel Onel; and brother, Argun Sunay.
Funeral services will be TODAY, September 29, 2005 at 2 o'clock at Al-Farooq Masjid of Atlanta. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. Arrangements by H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, (404) 851-9900.
