Mrs. Ila Wesley, 64, died at her home in Rector at 2:30 a.m. May 26.
Funeral services were held at Hopewell Baptist church on Monday afternoon by the Rev. Jack Bearden. Burial was in Mounds cemetery with Mitchell Funeral service.
She leaves her husband, L.M. Wesley; two sons, Wayne Wesley, Rector, and Roy Wesley, Chicago; two daughters, Mrs. Lorene Chasteen, Springfield, Mo., and Mrs. Irene Burke, Rector; one brother, Tom Pentecost; and eight grandchildren.
