Billie Jean Mann, 96 of Paducah passed away at 5:21 AM on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

She was born in Brookport, IL and was a longtime beloved secretary at Brookport High School & Elementary She was a member of the Lone Oak Church of Christ. She was a loving caregiver for several years and loved being with people. She also enjoyed growing flowers and spending time in her yard. She enjoyed travelling to many places.

She leaves her son, Steve (Diane) Angelly of Paducah; a sister, Bonnie Martin of Murfreesboro TN; three step-sisters, three grandchildren, Clay Angelly of Indianapolis, IN, Molly (Josh) Marshall of Antioch, TN & Sara (Dan) Smith of San Diego, CA; seven great-grandchildren, Colemann Angelly, Edison Angelly, Eleanor Angelly, Cordi Angelly, Gavin Marshall, Audrey Smith & Andrew Smith; nieces, Kayla Jones & Rosann Dalton many loving cousins & loyal friends.

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, James LaRue Angelly & her 2nd husband, Jim Mann; her parents, Arlie & Edyth Kerr Miller. She and her sister were raised by Grandparents Arthur T. Kerr & Augusta Kerr after their Mother passed away.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Paul Wingfield officiating. Burial will follow at Metropolis Memorial Gardens in Metropolis, IL.
