Millard Everett "Bud" Gallup Passed away July 29th 2023 in Mount Pleasant UT. Beloved Dad, Grandpa & Great Grandpa. He was born in New England North Dakota Dec 14, 1933 to Milton & Tontie (Tiny) Gallup. As an infant during the depression they moved to the Bitterroot Valley Montana. Where he was raised, he was the middle of 3 boys.
He was preceded in death by brothers Jack & Tom Gallup.
Soon after graduating high school he enlisted in the US Navy, where he served as a torpedoman's mate during the Korean War & earned an honorable discharge. Soon after that he met & married his soul mate Bernita Dee Hill on May 24th 1958. They were married for 64 yrs until Bernita's passing. They worked hard to provide a nice family home & farm.
Bud is survived by his 2 sons Mark (Bobbie Jo) Gallup, Brad Gallup & many grandchildren, Allison (Niklas), Brandon ( Amy), Danielle, Cameron (Brittney), Ashley, Britney (Kacey), Jerica, Jayden, BreAnn ( Kenyon). And several great grandchildren Adrianna, Savannah, Samuel, Sabrina, Oakley, Creedon, Lainey, Johnny, Gracey & Banx & more.
Bud was a diesel mechanic, H-vac repairman & worked for GSA until he retired. He then lived his dream which was farming & raising cows. He was a MacGyver, an inventor, fix all, a total Jack of all trades. He enjoyed family get togethers having a good bite to eat, swapping tall tales & enjoying everyone's company.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday August 3rd 2023 at 10:00 am.
