Roy is our son-in-law's beloved daddy and grandpa of three of our precious grandchildren.
Clinton Leroy Charlton of Neosho, MO born on February 9, 1938 passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 85 in Prescott, AZ.
He served in the Navy as parachute rigger (air transport) on the USS Yorktown (CVS10) from 1957-1961. He was a coast to coast truck driver by profession and loved playing poker, collecting coins, and shooting. He planted roots in Delta, CO where he started his family.
He is survived by his two sons, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
A visitation for LeRoy will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, 11211 Michigan Ave, Youngtown, AZ 85363. Following the visitation will be a graveside at 12:30 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85024.
