Pete F. Stalter, 70, of Green Bay, passed away on October 28, 2023 at Bellin Health Hospital. He was born on October 9, 1953 and was raised by his father John and his aunts Theresa and Mary in Green Bay. Pete proudly served our country in the Navy from 1972 until 1976. On April 2, 1983, he married Bonnie Zasada and raised their family.

Pete worked in the oil industry for a few companies including, Banner Oil, Pennzoil, and Halron for over forty years. Pete was an avid outdoorsman in his earlier years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing with his brother John, watching the game show network, and listening to music for hours in his garage. He will always be known for his witty sense of humor, his kind and generous big heart, and his love for his family.

Pete is survived by his loving children: Bobbie (Sean) Crikelair, Peter (Andreya) Stalter, Theresa Stalter, and Nate (Katie) Meyer; five grandchildren: Meghan (Will), Kiersten (Juan), Cagen, Noah, and Milo. He is further survived by his sisters and their spouses.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie, his parents, his brothers, his aunts: Trixie and Mary, and his beloved cat, Stella.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 2, 2023, 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 pm at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave.
Graveside Service will take place on Friday, November 3, 2023 2:00 pm in the Fort Howard Memorial Park.
