ROCKVILLE CENTRE, L. I., Sept. 3—John F. Carew, a civil engineer and a son of the late State Supreme Court Justice John F. Caréw, died today in Central General Hospital, Plainview. He was 66 years old and lived at 56: Tarrance Street.
He leaves his wife, Edwina; three sons, John, Michael and Thomas; two daughters, Mrs. James Brennan and Virginia; two brothers; two sisters and eight grandchildren.
