Minnie Jewel Harris, 74 of Manchester, GA passed away Friday, February 17, 2023, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, GA.
Minnie was born October 23, 1948, in Woodbury, GA the daughter of Willie Edward Harris and Jewell Inez Davis Harris. She was a homemaker and mother. Minnie was known to many around town for walking and picking up aluminum cans for recycling. She always had something to say to everyone she saw. She attended Victory Temple Church of God. She was preceded in death by both her parents, sons James Scott Finch and Justin "Pete" Keith Ingram and daughter Shirley Ann Finch.
She is survived by her daughters Crystal Ingram and Mary Hope Ingram both of Manchester, GA, sons Robert Eugene Finch, Jr and Michael Todd Finch both of Manchester, GA, brother Johnny Harris and sister Susie Davis both of Manchester, GA and special nephew Woody Dunn of Thomaston, GA.
Funeral services for Ms. Harris will be 3:00 pm Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home 93 Prather Barnes Road Manchester, GA 31816.The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Meriwether Memory Gardens.
