Marvin "Wilson" Long, 52, of Owenton, died Sunday at the home of a friend. Born April 28, 1952, in Owen County, he was the son of the late Guthrie Doyle and Aline E. Bennett Long. He was a landscaper and a former member of the Seven Sons Motorcycle Club.
The family will receive friends from noon until 2 p.m. today at McDonald & New Funeral Homes at the Seminary Street location. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Cropper Christian Church Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made for funeral expenses to the family in care of McDonald & New Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 474, Owenton 40359.
