She was a 1957 graduate of Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls. Margaret was a civilian employee for almost 40 years at the NYS Troop E barracks in Waterloo, NY. She was a former member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and an avid volunteer for many organizations, including Waterloo in Bloom, Celebrate/Commemorate in Waterloo, the Marine Corps Memorial Day Detachment and the Waterloo Memorial Day Museum.
Margaret is survived by her sons Joseph (Jackie) McCann and Eric (Tonya) McCann both of Waterloo, NY; daughters Desiree Clary of Waterloo, NY, Sheryl (Guy) Powell of Seneca Falls, NY, and Lori (Robert) Mruczek of Batavia, NY; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Floyd McCann; mother Carolyn Baker; 1 brother; and 5 sisters.
