SOLDIERS' HOME INMATE DIES OF HEART DISEASE
Marshalltown, Ia., Sept. 18 - (Special) - Mrs. Susan Babcock, 76, member of the Soldiers' home from Cedar Falls, died suddenly at 3:15 yesterday afternoon of heart disease. Her husband is also a member of the home. The children are Mrs. Hattie Bisbee, 117 Parker street, Waterloo; Mrs. Addie Carroll, Washington township, Black Hawk county; William H. Babcock, Cedar Falls. The remains probably will be sent to Cedar Falls for burial.

FUNERAL SERVICES FOR LATE MRS. BABCOCK WILL BE HELD SUNDAY AFTERNOON
The remains of Mrs. Susanna Babcock arrived in this city this noon from Marshalltown, where death occurred at the Old Soldiers' home yesterday. The body was taken to Brown & Son's undertaking parlors, where funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The James Brownell Woman's Relief Corps will be in charge of the services and burial will be made in Greenwood.

Dr. J. E. Snowden officiated yesterday afternoon at the funeral of Mrs. Susan Babcock, held in Brown & Sons undertaking parlors. Burial was made in Greenwood cemetery.
