Stella Mae Brogdon Lackey 80 of Danielsville, GA passed away on 11-24-2023. She was preceded in death by husband, Hugh Lackey; first husband, Douglas Brogdon; parents, J. B. & Agnes Pruitt; brother, Johnny Pruitt.
Mrs. Lackey is survived by children: Richard Brogdon of Milledgeville, Lisa (William) Roberson of Franklin, NC, Patricia Brogdon of Chatsworth, Robert (Sarah) Brogdon of Toccoa, Matthew Brogdon of Danielsville, Amanda (Durell) Patman of Athens; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Laverne (Jeff) Grisson of Jefferson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Born on 1-3-1943 in Cumming, GA, she was a graduate from Sugar Hill High School, and a homemaker.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Sharlene Brogdon officiating. Interment will follow at Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford, GA.
