She is survived by two sons, a daughter, and many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Barbara loved to travel and spent nearly her entire career following that passion. Her journey began in the 1960's as a stewardess for American Airlines, where she ultimately retired as a concierge for the American Airlines Admirals Club in San Jose, California.
She enjoyed mystery and spy novels and loved to watch old movies and mystery programs. She was very social, and loved to throw elegant dinner parties with all of her family, friends and colleagues. She was known for her culinary delights, elegant table settings, and the style and grace with which she carried herself.
She will be laid to rest in the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella, California with her late husband, Alex Estrella, who was laid to rest in 2012.
