Albert was born 12Mar1895 in Manhattan, at his parent's home on St. Marks Place (located in Ukrainian Village). He was the oldest child and grew up as his family relocated around Manhattan and the Bronx. By 1920 Albert had become a Patrolman with the NYC police department. He married Miss Harriet Mary Graber in her family's Staten Island home on 18Jun1916. They resided since their marriage on Staten Island. Tragically, he had to cease working as a policeman in Jun1936 for medical reasons, and passed at home on 6Jan1937 at age 41 from a brain tumor. Burial was at Silver Mount Cemetery on 9Jan1937.
