Mrs. Aaron passed away Wednesday March 19, 2008 at her home at the age of 84.
The daughter of Johnnie and Leona Flurry Schmoll was born December 5, 1923 in Tulsa. As a young girl she lived in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Later she moved to Oklahoma; and graduated from Wagoner High School. For the next few years she traveled between Mississippi, California and Oklahoma. She then met Clinton Thomas Aaron. They were married June 22, 1943 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. They made their home in the Tulsa area where they raised their family. After her children were grown she and Clinton moved to Chelsea. There she became a member of the First Baptist Church. She also opened the Fashion Tree dress shop which she ran for over 20 years. Her hobbies include sewing, collecting antiques and spending time with her friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Clinton and her parents.
Survivors include her sons, Gary Aaron of Tulsa, and Mark Aaron and wife Linda of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren, Angela Zarzycki of Philadelphia, PA and Andrew Aaron of Philadelphia, PA, and great-grandchildren, Peyton and Palmer Zarzycki, and brother Jimmy Schmoll of Claremore.
