Jeanne de Pontevès-Cabanes (v. 1499 – d. after 25 May 1555), was Lady of Monaco by marriage to Lucien, Lord of Monaco.

She was the daughter of Tanneguy de Pontevès, Lord of Cabanes, and Jeanne de Villeneuve. The marriage took place on 25 September 1514 at Flayosc and they had six children. Four sons died young,Claudine died 1530 and Honore I .

In 1523, Lucien was assassinated by his nephew Bartholomew Doria, who stated that he acted to defend the claim of Marie Grimaldi, daughter of Lucien's brother.

During the murder, Jeanne and her children were taken captive by the murderers to secure their safety and her infant son was placed upon the throne.Jeanne was not allowed to take part of the regency government, but her brother-in-law Augustine Grimaldi was instead appointed .

She married secondly 1528 as his first wife, Antonio Lodovico di Savoia co-Seigneur de Panchalieri , Castellan and Captain of Valle di Perosa 1536. Invested as Signore di Cavour 27 Jun 1538, he paid homage to the King of France 27 Apr 1541. He contested the succession of his brother to the family titles and fiefdoms. However the Count of Savoy referred the validation of the marriage to the Pope as he claimed Antonio had taken sacred vows when becoming a Knight of Order of St John of Jerusalem. Eventually the marriage was declared valid 5 July 1537.

The testament of "domina Joanna filia quondam domini Tanechoni Melchionis de Ponteves, consors sive uxor...domini Anthonii Ludovici de Sabaudia comitis et condomini loci Panchalierii", dated 9 Sep 1530, requested burial "in ecclesia nova beate Marie burgi...Panchalerii" but the tomb has been lost.
