Diane Elizabeth Blankenship, 68 of Oakvale died late Wednesday evening, December 6, 2023 at her residence. Born on August 26, 1955 in Forsyth County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Sollie "Sam" Kiger and Mary Coley Kiger. Diane retired for the Celanese Corporation in Narrows after 22 years of service. She loved flowers, gardening, birds, butterflies, drawing and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry James Davis and two brothers, Jimmy and Jerry Kiger
