J. Steve Little, Sr., 80, died peacefully, surrounded by family, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in Pinehurst, North Carolina, after a fall the day before. Born on February 28, 1943, to Mont and Ruby Bower Little, Steve loved all dogs, the mountains, tinkering with tools, pecan sandy cookies, and most of all, his family and friends. He will be missed beyond measure. In lieu of immediate events during the Christmas week, a memorial service for Steve will be held in Ashe County, NC in the spring.
