Ralph Read Coltman, Jr., 92, of Fort Myers, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016. He was born November 15, 1924 in Pittsburgh, PA to Ralph Read and Ruth (nee Perrin) Coltman. He proudly served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Coltman retired from Oak Ridge National Labs in Oak Ridge, TN, where he was a physicist for over 30 years. He was a member of the Beloved and Protective Order of Elks. Mr. Coltman is survived by his wife of 12 years, Bich Cao Coltman; his children: Richard Coltman of Waynesville, NC, Diane Moore of Riverdale, GA and Susan Sanderson of Sheboygan Falls, WI; his sister, Loan Cao Chow of Fort Myers; his niece, Jennifer Chow of Fort Myers; and his nephew, Johnny Chow of Fort Myers. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 PM Friday, November 25, 2016 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
