Richard Hippisley Bingham was the owner of the Bingham Estate at Melcombe Horsey, He was a Justice Of The Peace & Hon. Colonel Of the Militia, he died in Dorchester, Dorset, he was buried in Melcombe Horsey on the 17th March 1891
