Ricky Boyd Stack, 66, of Orange, Texas, departed this life on Friday, May 22, 2015.
He was born March 14, 1949, the son of Gerald Gene Stack and Mary Kathryn James. His mother died from heart disease less than a month after his birth. He was raised by his father and stepmother, Ann Marie Pennington.
Ricky was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting. He liked to play golf with his children and grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family.
He was survived by his three children: Jake (and Kyndal) Stack of Vidor, Texas; Ben Stack of Panama City Beach, Florida; and Mari Kristin (and Greg) Prentice of Henderson, North Carolina; his three grandchildren: Molly Stack, Jarrett Prentice and Jenna Prentice; and one of his two brothers, Doug Stack of Denver, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his brother Jay.
A service was held at a later date. Lumberton Family Funeral Home, LLC. was in charge with the arrangements.
