Dorothy Anne Gavin (nee Rogers), of Baldwin passed away on Jan. 15, 2024. She spent many years in the Baldwin schools known as "Spylady" and the NYC school system. Beloved wife of the late William Gavin. Devoted mother of Dot Forsberg (Dan), Colleen Reale (Tommy Nolan and the late Frank Reale), the late William Gavin (Cindy) and the late Susan Sandora (Pete). Cherished Grandmother to Jessica Reale, Angela Reale, Danielle Woolsey(Andrew), Lisa Reale, Lauren Rivera (Patrick), Corey Forsberg, Gina Reale, Toni Kieltyka (Nick), Jessica Gavin, Matthew Gavin (Lisa), Barbara, Renee and Jason Sandora. Dear sister of Kathleen Meyer, William Rogers (Bev) the late James Rogers. Also survived by seventeen beautiful great grandkids.
