Belynda, age 52, entered eternal rest on December 3, 2023 in Passaic, New Jersey.

Born in Houston, Texas on August 24, 1971 to Dr. Demitri George and Lynda Ferguson George, Belynda grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. During her teen years she enjoyed ice skating, showing horses, and raising Dutch rabbits. Belynda graduated from Marcus High School. She continued her education and later graduated with a degree in art from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Belynda, who took great pride in the quality of her work, was a true artist. Her passion for art led her to move to New York City. There, she enjoyed visiting museums and being in the art world. In New York, she raised her only child, Ace, who was the joy of her life.

Belynda was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Demitri George. She is survived by her mother, Lynda George White, her child, Vala (Ace) George-Robinson, her two sisters, Rose Katherine George Haluschak (husband Steve) and Effie George Sandifeer (husband Josh), nieces, Layne Kenley, Kathryn Haluschak, Camille Haluschak, and nephew, Steven Demitri Haluschak.

Belynda was "Sweetness and Goodness" through and through. She was loved by everyone who knew her, and will be deeply missed. She will be buried at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas.
