Marjorie Beradino Obituary
Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bowman Funeral Parlor - Garden City on Jan. 30, 2024.

Marjorie Ann Beradino, 86, of Boise, Idaho, died on January 22nd. 2024.
Marjorie was born in Weiser, Idaho in 1937 to Charles and Helen Binder. She grew up loving literature, sports, and people. Marjorie was naturally charismatic and stunningly beautiful as a lifeguard at the local community pool. At Ontario High School, she was a drum majorette, top performer on the tennis team, and cherished by all her classmates. At the time, Marjorie was one of the best tennis players in the state of Oregon and went on to play in college. Marjorie attended Oregon State, was a member of Tri Delta sorority, and eventually graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in English. On a whim, she was dared by a sorority sister to interview as a flight attendant for the commercial airline, TWA. She ended up getting the job and lived out the glamorous, yet rigorous lifestyle of a stewardess for over 9 years.
Alongside her full-time position at TWA, Marjorie was a substitute teacher in the Los Angeles School District. She was known by her students as being a passionate and sympathetic educator who loved to share her knowledge of literature and the humanities. Marjorie was also a fashion model for runaway, retailers, and designers.
While working on a flight from Los Angeles to New York, she met the soap opera actor, John Beradino. They dated for 8 years and eventually got married in 1971. Marjorie moved to Beverly Hills and had two children, Katherine Ann, and John Anthony.
Marjorie was a devoted humanitarian and philanthropist. For over 40 years, she served on the boards of various non-profit organizations that helped to uplift impoverished women and children within the community. Marjorie was a magnanimous person who was committed to utilizing her resources to empower others who were less fortunate.
Marjorie had an impeccable sense of style and elegance. She will always be remembered for her sophistication, dignity, and grace. She was loved by both friends and strangers and treated everyone she met equally.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, John, and daughter, Katherine. She is survived by her son, John Anthony; daughter-in-law, Kate; grandson, Gianluca; and brother, Tony.
