Charles (Chuck) T. Haigerty 81 of Indianapolis, passed away January 27th, 2024.

Chuck was born November 14th, 1942.
He served in the US Air Force. Chuck was a self-taught man and wore many hats in his life. He worked for Jen Air 1976-1990. For a time, he owned racehorses.
He retired in 2003 and moved to New Palestine, IN. He was a very savvy investor and encouraged all to invest and have a retirement fund. Chuck will always be remembered for his generosity and love of sports. Road trips to Indy Car and Nascar races. He enjoyed Colts and Pacer games, Horse racing, and gathering with friends for card games. Chuck was a supporter of the police, Veterans, and the Wounded warrior project.
We couldn't have asked for a better brother, dad, friend, uncle, great uncle and will miss Uncle Chuck everyday.
A celebration of his life will be held at The Atrium, 3143 Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227, February 9th from 4-8 pm.

Chuck was preceded in death by his Mother Genevieve Haigerty, Father Flavian Haigerty, Sister Jean Manley, Brothers John, and Tom Haigerty.

He is survived by his sister MaryAnn Skillern, Stepdaughter Susie Matula, Nieces, and Nephews: John Manley (Melissa), Susie Gavaghan (Bob), Cynthia Tutrow (Gary), Janis Andrews (Michael), Lisa Johnson, Kathy Metelko (Joe) and Steve Skillern, and multiple great nieces and nephews.

His memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
