Patricia Sue White Akers, 77 of Princeton died late Saturday evening, February 3, 2024, at her residence.  Born in Lerona on February 25, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Joseph Lilly and Armintia Day Lilly. She was formerly employed as a bookkeeper with her husband Attorney William J. Akers, loved to travel was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #33 in Athens, member of the Red Hat Society, and attended the Lashmeet Bible Baptist Church. Her greatest accomplishment in her life was being a Mother and grandmother to her family and other children that were around her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William J. Akers, step-son, William Gregory Akers. Siblings, Joseph Lilly, Jr., Earl Dean Lilly, James Thomas Lilly, Edith Lilly Episcopo, Frieda Lilly, Juanita Tyree, Ethel Sneed, Annie Starcher, Martha Atha, Penny Sluder and Geneva Spitelle.
