Harlie Gene Adams went to his heavenly home on February 2, 2024. He was born at his parent's home outside of Tulia, TX on February 4, 1939 to Sammie and Mabel (Hudson) Adams.

 

He went to school in Canyon, Tx where he received many awards for football, boxing, and track.  He loved hunting, fishing, playing games, watching sports and golf. 

 

He married the love of his life, Maxine (Neeley) on August 21, 1959.   They were married over 61 years. They moved to Bledsoe in 1964 and raised their three daughters there.

 

Harlie is survived by his daughters, Sherri Davis and husband Terry of Mustang, OK, Terri Coffman, and husband Rodney of Drummond, OK, and Kerri Hale and husband Dale of Tatum, NM; grandchildren, Kyle Davis, Kevin Coffman, Lori Hale, Lacy Davis, Krista Ryel and husband Jake, and Rusty Hale; great grandchildren, Jayden Peppin, Haylee Ryel, Braxton Ryel, Addysan Coffman, Alexis Coffman, Tracen Hale, Layton Hale, and Kasen Hale; ; and brother, Dalton Adams.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Mabel Adams; his wife, Maxine; brothers, D.C., Merle, Cloyd, and Jimmy; and sisters, Allene George and Mazelle Padgett.

 

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Krestridge Funeral Home in Levelland.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 8, 2024, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

 

Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of the professionals at Krestridge Funeral Home.
